Sometimes I think you need to be communicative to the guys no matter that is the good or you mean the money good guys probably one of those you judge him, and he judges you not, one of those. A lot of the communication like you really being honest, and not looking at his eyes and he says something, or any of the email or the phone, its one day whole day waiting.
